Mukhyamantri Mahila Samman Yojana : Delhi authorities branch’s note towards AAP scheme triggers row; Arvind Kejriwal, BJP reacts.
The Women and Child Development Department stated that no such scheme existed and that any person or political party accumulating bureaucracy was committing fraud.
The Delhi authorities’ Women and Child Development Department brought on a political typhoon on Wednesday morning with its public notification saying that “any political birthday party amassing records from applicants in the name of the ‘Mukhyamantri Mahila Samman Yojana’ is committing fraud and has no authority.” The public notification came an afternoon after AAP ministers, MLAs, and volunteers launched an intensive outreach marketing campaign to check in humans for the scheme.
The department stated inside the conversation that it acquired data through media reports and social media posts that a political celebration claimed to give ₹2100 in line with the month to the women of Delhi below the ‘Mukhyamantri Mahila Samman Yojana.’ “It is clarified that the Delhi authorities have notified no such scheme,” the public note said.
It stated that no such scheme had become a part of lifestyle, and any person or political birthday party gathering forms or applications committed fraud.
“It is emphasized that, on account of the fact that no such scheme is in life, the question of the attractiveness of the shape/application for registration underneath this non-existent scheme does not get up. Any private character/political birthday celebration that’s collecting paperwork/programs or amassing statistics from candidates inside the name of this scheme is committing fraud and has no authority,” it delivered. Reacting to the row, AAP leader and former Delhi leader minister Arvind Kejriwal claimed that his political fighters have been disappointed with his birthday celebration’s Mahila Samman Yojana and Sanjeevani Yojana. He claimed CM Atishi could soon be arrested on the pretext of a fake police case.
“These human beings are very disappointed with the Mahila Samman Yojana and Sanjeevani Yojana. They plan to arrest Atishi Ji in the following days by making a fake case. Before that, raids may be carried out on senior leaders of “AAP.” I will keep a press conference on this today at 12,” he wrote in Hindi on X. The BJP slammed Arvind Kejriwal over the talk, calling him a fraud.
“Arvind Kejriwal is a large fraud. While he turned in getting paperwork filled out, his branch (Delhi govt’s Women and Child Development) clarified that there may be no such scheme to present an allowance of ₹2100. Those getting bureaucracy crammed for the Scheme are personal people who are doing so that you can gather information illegally,” BJP leader Manjinder Singh Sirsa told ANI.
What is Mahila Samman Yojana?
Under the ‘Mukhyamantri Mahila Samman Yojana,’ Delhi ladies under 18 who aren’t employed in authorities or political positions are eligible for a ₹2,100 monthly allowance.
The ‘Sanjeevani Yojana’ promises to provide loose healthcare for all senior residents in Delhi, overlaying treatment charges in non-public and authority hospitals.
AAP leaders, including ministers Saurabh Bharadwaj and Imran Hussain, set up registration camps on Tuesday in Shahpur Jat and Ballimaran for registration underneath the schemes.
